Monthly Fees
None.
Annual Fee
Our agents pay a $500 annual fee, deducted off your first transaction with us.
Residential Sales
Our flat commission fee is $395 per transaction.
Residential Leases
A flat $75 per transaction closed.
Incoming Referrals
A flat $195 per referral closed.
Commercial Transactions
Those agents allowed to participate in commercial transactions pay a 10% fee of the gross commission, with a minimum split of $500.
Onboarding Fee
When onboarding our agents pay a $99 fee. You will receive 500 business cards, two name tags.
